Ena Weinstein – former two time Olympian and owner of Mind and Body Haven, established herself mostly by word of mouth. Her consistent quality care and knowledge, along with her professional and meticulous yet friendly personality allowed her to quickly gain high profile clientele that includes Fortune 500 CEO’s, professional athletes, and entertainment celebrities.
Besides supporting local charities and events, Ena also travels nationally and internationally as a therapist for USA Track & Field, USA Paralympic Track & Field, USA Beach Volleyball and USA Women’s Sled Hockey teams, treating some of the best athletes in the world. Ena also served the USA Paralympic team during the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio as team athletic trainer and sports massage therapist.
Ena has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology (Florida International University) and Occupational Therapy (Barry University) as well as a Masters of Athletic Training (Life University). She is a licensed sports massage therapist and board certified in therapeutic massage and body work for over 10 years. She holds numerous certification including Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Active Release Technique, Functional Movement Screening – FMS Level 1 & 2, Selective Functional Movement Assessment – SFMA certified, Quick Self Fixes & Targeted Muscle Testing educator, and is a Certified Kinesio Taping practitioner. She is also an Iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher since 1998.
Ena is a perfectionist in the alignment and fascia structure of the body. She still competes nationally and internationally at the masters level representing the Atlanta Track Club and Team USA. She also practices Okinawa martial arts and is currently working on regaining her black belt status.
